This is a 3-phase training program. You’ll be training four times a week throughout the fifteen-week plan, but it won’t all be chest work. There’s little point in sculpting the perfect chest if the rest of your body doesn’t look just a phenomenal. The workout plan below is best if you have access to a gym, it uses a barbell with weight plates, dumbbells, weight bench, a rack and a pull-up bar.
