If you do not like to go jogging because you find it boring we give you some ideas on how you can enjoy that exercise time so that time flies by.

Running is an excellent option for exercise. Also, it doesn’t cost money and you can do it anywhere, even if you are on vacation in another city or you have to travel for work, you just have to take your running shoes with you and you’re ready. Like any form of physical exercise, in addition, running increases the secretion of endorphins, the well-known hormones of well-being, making us feel more relaxed and happy.

However, there are people who don’t like to go jogging because they find it boring. But, if you follow any of these tips, it doesn’t have to be:

– You can take your favorite music in the headphones and make a selection with more or less fast songs so you can choose according to the moment or your tour where you are. By the time you lack the strength, the motivating songs – the central theme of Roky’s soundtrack never fails – can be very helpful.

– Take the opportunity to practice mindfulness or what is the same, the conscious concentration that is the basis of meditation. Focus on your physical sensations, on how your muscles stretch and contract, on the sensations in each part of your body, on your breathing? You will thus be able to reconnect with your body and with the present instant.

– If you have had any problems in the office or have pending issues, whether they are work or personal, it can be an excellent way to review them mentally and reflect on them. Sometimes we lack time and serenity to think about what worries us calmly. You can make your moment of running also that of reflection. In addition, you can give way to the emotions caused by these thoughts through the physical exercise you are doing.

– Look around. Look at the light, the people who pass by you, in the landscape if you are lucky enough to be able to go jogging in nature. We often move with the autopilot, without paying attention to what happens around us. You will be surprised by the multitude of details that you can observe and allow you to relax, feeling connected to your surroundings.
